		<description>Before we left for Duckfest, I thought that I&#039;d want to open our bottle of Armagnac as soon as we got home, just to compare.  Then by the end of Duckfest, I was so thoroughly sated on duckfat and Armagnac that I wasn&#039;t sure I&#039;d be able to face either for a long time.  Now, even after the space of just a few days, reading about it makes me hungry again.  Perhaps the Armagnac will get opened this weekend...</description>
